I really want to share my favorites with you each
month, so here are my favorite beauty products from August.
I’ve completely fallen in love with this foundation.
The only thing is that I bought it when I had a tan, so now that I don’t
anymore the shade is to dark for me. I have been thinking about buying one in a
lighter shade for autumn and winter but I’m not sure anymore. The thing is that
this foundation has a light coverage, which is perfect for summer. So I might
just use this during the summer actually.
And I’ve been using this brush to put the foundation
on. The Real Techniques Expert face brush. I bought this when I was in London
about a month ago and I haven’t stopped using it since. I own quite a lot of
the Real Techniques brushes and this is definitely one of my favorites.
This is actually my first eye shadow palette from
Sleek and I absolutely love it. I will definitely buy more when I go to England
next month. This one is called Oh so
special. I’ve already done so many different looks with it. There are some
really good natural colors for work and there are some darker shades that look
really good for going out.
Here are two different looks I’ve done with the
palette.
I LOVE Nars products for contouring and because of
that I usually never try any other products for countering. But I was tempted
to try something new when I was in London and ended up buying a contouring and
blush palette from Sleek. I was really impressed by it. I won’t give up my Nars
products but it’s a really affordable option.
During the summer I usually use a lot of toner water/
face mist. It’s so refreshing to put on your face when you feel really hot and
your skin looks tired. These two are my favorites. One is from Lush and the
other one is from Make Up Store. I prefer the one from Make Up Store because it
gives you an even and relaxing spray over your face, it just feels nicer to put on than
the Lush one. But the one from Lush has a nicer smell…
